Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Riyadh only. We know that is a limitation and we are working on expanding to Jeddah, the Eastern Province and the wider Kingdom. Join our mailing list and we will tell you when we reach your city.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. You will receive a tracking link once your order leaves us.
How much is delivery?
SAR 15 per order, or free over SAR 199.
What SPF is Fay?
Broad-spectrum SPF 50. Broad spectrum means it protects against both UVA, which contributes to ageing and pigmentation, and UVB, which causes burning.
Is it a mineral or chemical sunscreen?
Mineral. It sits on the surface of the skin and reflects UV rather than absorbing it. Mineral formulas tend to suit sensitive skin better and start working as soon as they are applied.
Will it leave a white cast?
This was the first problem we set out to solve. Fay is formulated to blend down across a range of skin tones without the grey finish that mineral sunscreens are known for. Apply it in thin layers and give it a moment to settle.
Can I wear it under makeup?
Yes. Let it settle for two or three minutes before applying anything over it.
How often should I reapply?
Every two hours in direct sun, and immediately after swimming, heavy sweating or towelling off. This is true of any sunscreen, not just ours.
How big is the tube?
100ml — enough for roughly 5 weeks of daily facial use, or a long weekend of full-body use outdoors.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened and sealed. Opened sunscreen cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Manufacturing defects are covered in full at any time — see our Returns page.
