The short version
You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to return it. Manufacturing defects are covered in full, at any point.
Returning an order
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused and the seal is intact. We are not able to accept returns on opened sunscreen — this is a hygiene and safety requirement, not a technicality.
To start a return, email us at info@wearfay.sa with your order number and we will send you instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within [7] business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days more to appear.
Manufacturing defects
If there is something wrong with the product itself — a cracked cap, a tube that leaks, a damaged seal, a batch that does not look or smell as it should — that is our problem, not yours. Contact us with your order number and a photograph, and we will replace it or refund it in full. No time limit and no return shipping cost to you.
This is separate from the 7-day window above. A defect is covered whenever you find it.
If your order arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel before opening it if you can, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For defects and damaged deliveries, we cover it.
